Walsh University marked an important milestone on Friday, November 8, 2024, with the grand opening and blessing of its new Veterans Lounge in the Paul and Carol David Family Campus Center. This dedicated space offers veteran students a place to study, connect, and feel an integral part of the campus community.
The lounge is a testament to Walsh’s commitment to supporting the personal and academic needs of veterans, ensuring their continued success.
The celebration coincided with Walsh’s Veterans Day Ceremony, featuring a Color Guard and speakers, honoring, and expressing deep gratitude for the service of veterans from all branches of the U.S. military and the Coast Guard.
