What’s included in my Theme Night Ticket?
Each Theme Night Ticket includes a co-branded hat (in Walsh University Maroon & Gold), food, non-alcoholic beverages, access to the reserved Pennant District bay, and a seat of your choosing in the designated upper box outfield seats. As an added bonus, guests will enjoy the Rock ‘N Blast fireworks show after the conclusion of the ballgame.
How many Theme Night Tickets can I purchase?
You can purchase up to eight (8) Theme Night Tickets in a single transaction. If you would like additional tickets, please contact Javona, jbrown@cleguardians.com, with the Cleveland Guardians, and she can assist you with a group transaction.
Do my children need a ticket?
Theme Night Tickets are required for children ages 3 and up. Children who have not yet reached their third birthday do not need a ticket to enter Progressive Field. They must be seated on a parent or guardian's lap. Anyone under 3 will not receive the hat but will have access to the pavilion space and food! What food is included and when is it served?
Guests will enjoy kettle potato chips, classic ballpark popcorn, Sugardale hot dogs, nachos & cheese, pretzel bites with cheese, chocolate chip cookies, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. Gluten-free buns and cookies are available upon request. Food will be served when gates open (5:00 p.m.) through one hour after the scheduled first pitch (7:10 p.m.). Pepsi machines are available through the end of the game.
Do I get to choose my seat(s)?
Yes, sections 403-414 are reserved for our Walsh University Night at the Cleveland Guardians guests. If you plan to attend with more than one person, you’re encouraged to buy your tickets early to ensure optimal seating location and availability.
How do I get my co-branded hat the evening of the event?
- You will receive an email before the game with detailed information on where and when to pick up your item.
- On the day of the game, bring your Theme Night ticket to the designated redemption area (as specified in the email). Guardians staff will scan your ticket to verify you have purchased a Theme Night ticket and give you the item.
- You must present your Theme Night ticket to receive the item.
- The redemption table will be open until one (1) hour after the first scheduled pitch.
- Limit one item per person per Theme Night ticket.
I am a season ticket holder. How do I get my Theme Night Hat?
- If you only want the hat and no access to the private event space, contact your Guardians Service Rep, and they can add it to your account.
- If you also want to attend the private event space, you will need to purchase the Walsh Special Ticket offer to include the food. Call your Guardians Service Rep to exchange your tickets.
Can I purchase just the co-branded hat?
No, the limited-edition hats are only available with a Theme Night Ticket purchase. If a ticket is purchased and not redeemed the evening of the event, you are asked to contact Javona, jbrown@cleguardians.com, with the Cleveland Guardians, and she will verify you didn’t attend and mail you your hat.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets sold for Walsh University Night at the Cleveland Guardians are nonrefundable. However, if a ticket is purchased and not redeemed the evening of the event, you can still receive your co-branded hat. Please contact Javona, jbrown@cleguardians.com, with the Cleveland Guardians, and she will verify you didn’t attend and then mail you your hat.
